Kilgour Modern Tartan Fabric

Kilgour Modern Lightweight Tartan is a traditional green-based tartan with shades of navy blue and red, with a yellow overcheck. Woven using 100% Pure New Acrylic Wool this tartan is available for made to measure products, accessories, soft furnishings and craft projects. Made here in our mill in Selkirk, Scotland. The surname is said to have originated at Kilgour, near Falkland in Fife shire. Later, the name appears in Aberdeenshire and Perthshire with the names varying during the passing of centuries.
