Forbes Weathered Heavyweight Tartan is a gentle grey and brown based tartan with a white overcheck. Woven using 100% Scottish Acrylic Wool. Can be made into kilts, clothing, upholstery and craft-projects.
Woven using 100% Scottish Acrylic Wool. For over 800 years the house of Forbes has been settled in Aberdeenshire. During the Scottish War of Independence Alexander Forbes died defending Urquhart Castle against King Edward I of England.
