United States St. Andrews Tartan Fabric

United States St. Andrew Lightweight Tartan is a bright blue-based tartan with shades of red. Woven using 100% Pure New Acrylic Wool this tartan is available for made to measure products, accessories, soft furnishings and craft projects. Made here in our mill in Selkirk, Scotland.

Originally designed to celebrate the American Bicentennial in 1976, this tartan was later adopted as the tartan of the St. Andrews Societies of America. The societies are organizations that celebrate Scottish Heritage worldwide, with some restricting membership to people born in Scotland or their descendants, however, this tartan can be worn and enjoyed by all.
