Newfoundland Canadian Tartan Fabric

Newfoundland is a Lightweight Canadian green-based Tartan with shades of brown and gold. Woven using 100% Pure New Acrylic Wool this tartan is available for made to measure products, accessories, soft furnishings and craft projects. Made here in our mill in Selkirk, Scotland. Newfoundland is the most easterly province of Canada and is situated in the country’s Atlantic region. This official tartan was designed in 1955 with the colors representing the official anthem “Ode to Newfoundland”, pine forests, snow, the Iron Isle and the Royal Standard.
