Forbes Ancient is a bright green and blue based tartan with a white overcheck. Can be made into kilts, clothing, soft furnishings and craft-projects.
For over 800 years the house of Forbes has been settled in Aberdeenshire. During the Scottish War of Independence Alexander Forbes died defending Urquhart Castle against King Edward I of England.
