Caledonia Ancient Heavyweight Tartan is a bright orange and blue based Strome tartan with shades of green. Woven using 100% Scottish Acrylic Wool, Strome tartan is available for made to measure products, accessories, upholstery and craft projects. Made here in our mill in Selkirk, Scotland.
This Strome tartan existed at the beginning of the 18th century, and it became popular with ladies who were anti government and pro-Jacobite.
